Stay the Course
Congratulations on taking your health so seriously and making it a priority in your life. This year’s “60 day challenge†is our biggest yet; the number of new students, too, has surpassed all previous months and packed classes have required creativity to fit everyone in the room. While motivated to get into shape at the beginning of the year, it’s easy to get discouraged at this junction. Those New Year’s Resolutions lose their original fire
and we can start to lose hope. These are not the times to run away but to stay with the experience. It’s precisely at this time when you are most likely to break through barriers that have kept you stuck. Freedom is on the other side! So, stay in the pose, take the pain, the anger and then send it on its way. You will be making room for those healthier, happier improvements you want in your life.
