Positive Energy is Contagious

Wow! The classroom has been filled with such spark in the last few months from dedicated regular practitioners, enthusiastic new students and in large part from our 60 day challengers. To those of you who participated, congratulations, and soak in this accomplishment as you near the end of your very own Olympian performance. With lots of determination, commitment, sweat and soreness that seed of possibility has become a newfound source of strength. May it continue to grow. Use it to excel in anything you wish to achieve. This can be a new
beginning.

From the teachers, all the students and myself, thank you for creating such a buzz in the studio motivating the entire class with your energy. Your selfish act of meeting this challenge on your own is actually a very selfless act because it gives to everyone around you. Your influence will continue to inspire all of us.
