“I’m a mom, and I love yoga; I also know that when you have little ones that finding the time to practice can be difficult. I enjoy helping with the childcare because it allows other moms the opportunity to practice and have their kids looked after at both a convenient location and at an affordable price. I am all about creating community and supporting others, so this program has provided a rewarding outlet.”- Kristin, Mondays through Thursdays

” I am a full-time mom to 1.5-yr old Nikko who loves making new friends at the studio. I truly understand how golden every minute in the yoga room can be for us as parents, not just for ourselves but for our families as well. At nights and weekends, you may even see me practicing next to you or teaching on the podium.” –Nina, Sundays

“Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’ve been involved in childcare on and off since 5th grade, when I began babysitting a 1st grader who lived in our neighborhood. Currently I’m a live-in nanny as well as an hourly part-time nanny for a total of five children ranging from 3 months to 8 years old.” – Rebecca, sub for Childcare

I am receiving my B.A. from San Francisco State this upcoming May. I have practicing BYSJ since 2010 and love the sense of community. I love working with kids and have many years of experience babysitting and several years of experience being a nanny and being summer camp counselor. I love seeing kids using their imagination, and fostering a sense of curiosity.” – Shab, Saturdays

“My name is Jill Lacher and I adore “little people!” Prior to spending time with children in our BYSJ daycare, like many girls, I grew up babysitting for the neighborhood kids. Eventually I taught gymnastics and organized birthday parties for 2, 3 and 4 year olds for a gymnastic clinic in downtown Chicago. When I wasn’t teaching gymnastics, I worked for Children’s Memorial Healthcare, where I was a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. I have also spent time teaching kids in my local church and for the last ten years I served teenagers and families-at-risk with a Minnesota non-profit called, TreeHouse. I truly enjoy my time mentoring, teaching and having fun with people of all ages, especially those ripe for learning!” – Jill, sub for Childcare
