60-Day Challenge Begins January 6

Get ready for another chance to try 60 consecutive days of yoga, a challenge for the new year. Make it your intention to lead a healthy lifestyle and commit to this challenge to not only to lose those holiday pounds, tone up the body, and increase your energy, but to create and sustain healthy habits towards a longer, fuller life. Stop in, stay after class, or come in to shop and get a complimentary 10-15 minute shoulder and neck massage by one of our certified BYSJ Massage Therapists.

This year, our team at BYSJ wishes to thank you for helping us reach the four-year mark by sponsoring a day of learning and fun. BYSJ will be open throughout the day with food, prizes, and more. The day will feature:

• All-day complimentary yoga classes;
• Food and prizes;
• Annual Anniversary Sale with10% off all class packages and retail items;
• A presentation (3pm) and class (4:30pm) with special guest Bikram Yoga Instructor and Yoga Champion, Esak Garcia; and
• An evening potluck party at 6pm.

Esak's presentation begins at 3 pm and will include a demonstration of the poses and a talk on the history of the Yoga Championships and his participation in the competition. There will be a Q & A including all the teachers to answer your questions regarding a pose, yoga competition, and becoming a certified Bikram Yoga Instructor.

Enjoy our one-day Anniversary Sale with 10% off all class packages and retail items. Any package purchased on the 20th will begin once your current package expires. We have lots of deals to choose from so feel free to ask questions about the different options from any BYSJ staff member.

A potluck party begins after the 4:30 pm class. (The 6:30 pm class cancelled this day only). Our community is filled with such diversity. Sign up at the front desk to bring in your favorite ethnic dish and share some of your heritage with all of us at the studio.
