	Massage Massage Sample Saturdays Stop in, stay after class, or come in to shop the first Saturday of every month and receive a complimentary 10-15 minute neck and shoulder massage. $15 for 15 minutes: With our new comfortable massage chair, BYSJ members can slip in 15 minutes of massage before heading home. Sign up for your block of time before or after class. Massage is known to relieve many common conditions, such as neck pain, headaches, backaches, anxiety, depression, and high blood pressure. It releases tension in the body by increasing circulation and flexibility, and helps to flush toxins and metabolic waste from tissues, and can lead to a feeling of renewal and well-being. BYSJ's new enclosed Massage Room offers privacy and comfort. BYSJ offers members customized lengths of massage starting at $1 per minute. Chair or table massage, your choice. Sessions from 15-90 minutes. $1.25 per minute for non-members. Deep Tissue add $10.
