60 Day Challenge party – September 25 at 6:30 pm on Zoom
This favorite event celebrates those who are completing the Challenge, and we get to hear everyone’s unique story. Michele also honors those of you who haven’t yet returned and invites you to join in and say hi to your teachers and get a virtual hug. 🤗
“Maybe you haven’t practiced in the last 16-17 months, and it’s still not the time to come in, which I get, we understand. But I would just love it if you tuned in to the party. Listen to the stories, but most importantly connect. Just because you’re not doing the yoga doesn’t mean that you’re not part of this community. And just because you’re not doing the yoga doesn’t mean that you don’t have your yoga, you do. I’d love to see you!”

👩🏽💻 Rajashree and Michele will get together on Zoom at 2:00 pm to discuss all things yoga.
🏠 Studio doors will be open 9:00 am–6:00 pm. Drop in to chat with teachers and staff, and check out our state-of-the-art facility. Welcome home!
“Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfillment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world, and nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well-being. Let us work towards adopting an International Yoga Day.” — Narendra Modi, UN General Assembly
Yoga Q+A – held on May 1, 2021
It’s great to see so many folks both returning to the studio and continuing their practice with us online. Restarting can bring up many questions and concerns, so we offered a free Zoom gathering to discuss the postures and practice, hosted by Michele Vennard and Matt and Sarah Newman.
Yoga Challenge Q+A – held on January 30, 2021
With 26 online classes per week and a challenge to practice 60 classes in 60 days going on, we found that having an online gathering to discuss the postures and practice was helpful, and we plan to have more of these in the future. This Q+A was hosted by Michele Vennard and Matt and Sarah Newman. Have a look and listen, and be sure to join us next time.
